I’m still on the road and the trip has been beautiful! My brother and I took my 1960 Shasta trailer Elsie J. and have been traveling up the west coast to Portland. I love all the new places I’m seeing and people I’m meeting. It’s so beautiful how traveling transforms your senses and heightens them to a level of awareness that makes it possible to breathe again in true happiness. I love the quote above that came from Donald Miller in his book, Through Painted Deserts. I highly recommend it to motivate you to discover new aspects of your best self through travel!
I just arrived at the World Domination Summit in Portland, OR put on by Chris Guillebeau from The Art of Non Conformity. I wrote about his new book a while back and am so excited that he puts on this annual conference for artists and entrepreneurs all looking to make this world better than when they entered it. I’m looking forward to a weekend full of inspiring people and gaining a new energy charge on the pursuit of making an awesome mark on this world.
I’ll be back the middle of next week to tell you all about it and the beautiful lessons I’ve learned along the way!
